Brenna Gunderson - Director of Project Development
Brenna Gunderson has been developing wind energy projects across the Upper Midwest for the past 11 years. Wind energy wasn’t always on Brenna’s radar, but she was lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time and found herself with the opportunity to help bring clean, renewable energy to communities like this one, and she has never looked back! It hasn’t always been an easy road, but her husband and three kids have been her pillars of support. Although she lives in Minnesota, having a husband from NE Iowa means Go Hawks!
Holly McCoy-Nelson - Development Manager
Holly McCoy-Nelson recently completed development of the 300 MW Upland Prairie Wind project in NW Iowa, which was purchased by Alliant Energy last year. She lives with her family in Franklin County, Iowa, and has spent the past two years turning an old cattle barn into a house. Holly has a special affinity for seeing wind projects succeed in her home state. Wind employs many friends and neighbors, benefits the county where she resides, and provides 36% of the energy for the great state of Iowa.
Michelle Loomis - Development Associate
Michelle Loomis has a passion for working in the renewable energy industry. She was an instrumental part of the Upland Prairie Wind team in Iowa, and she is now looking forward to throwing her energy behind Great Pathfinder Wind. Michelle enjoys getting to know project landowners and making a positive impact in the communities we serve. Michelle is based out of Apex’s Minnesota office and lives with her husband and three children in Roberts, Wisconsin.
